Can I customize the text on this sign?

This specific sign is only available with the fixed lettering shown for now. We are currently testing the waters with a few classic designs, but we hope to offer full personalization very soon if there's enough interest!

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

Our signs are finished for indoor spaces like workshops, kitchens, or garages. If you do want to hang your sign fully exposed to the elements outside, we highly recommend applying a clear exterior varnish once a year to keep the timber protected.

What type of walls is it suitable for?

The fixings provided are suitable for solid masonry walls. If you are installing onto plasterboard or hollow walls, appropriate specialist fixings will be required.

How does the floating mount work?

It’s nice and simple! We cut hidden keyhole slots directly into the back of the piece. The sign just slides right onto the supplied wall screws, sitting completely flush against the wall with no visible brackets.

Can I mount this directly onto a wooden door or shed wall?

Yes, absolutely! The supplied plugs are for solid brick or masonry walls, but if you are mounting the sign directly into solid wood (like a shed door or timber cladding), you can skip the wall plugs entirely. Just screw the supplied screws straight into the wood, leaving the heads protruding slightly so the sign can slide onto them.
