Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. For international orders, live tracked shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the packaged size of your items.

Stock order dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all stock items within 3 working days.

Made To Order Production Times

Our current production times for our Made To Order items are as follows:

  • Standard Items (Key racks, coat racks, shelves, etc.): 7 - 10 Working Days

  • Heavy Items (Trays, etc.): 14 Working Days

These times are a general guide for how long it will take to create and dispatch your item. More accurate timing estimates will be shown on the product page and at checkout.

Please note that estimated delivery dates shown on our product pages and at checkout apply to UK orders, and we aim to meet these timeframes wherever possible.

For international customers, delivery estimates are handled separately. Please refer to the international section below for more information.

Combined Shipping:

If your order contains multiple items with different lead times, your entire order will be dispatched together based on the longest estimated delivery date. If you require items separately, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping Information

The main couriers we use for shipping items are Royal Mail and Parcelforce. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Shipping methods are matched to the specific product size / weight and cannot be changed. Our products on this site are listed as either In Stock or Made to Order.

For UK consumers: Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

For EU consumers: Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on production times and international transit. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Once your order is packaged we'll update your order with tracking information if available. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders containing pricing or shipping calculation errors prior to dispatch.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer tracked international shipping to select destinations including Europe and the United States.

International shipping is handled via Shopify Managed Markets. Shipping rates, duties, and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

All applicable import duties and taxes are included at checkout. This means there should be no additional charges on delivery.

Delivery speed estimates are provided at checkout and are managed by our shipping partners based on your location.

As most of our international range consists of Made To Order items, please refer to the production times above. These are separate from delivery times.

Please also note that only a select range of our products are currently available for international delivery. As a result, some product categories may appear limited or unavailable depending on your location.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.
