Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Shipping Fees We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. For international orders, live tracked shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the packaged size of your items.
Stock order dispatch Times We aim to dispatch all stock items within 3 working days.
Made To Order Production Times Our current production times for our Made To Order items are as follows:

Small items (Key racks, etc.): 7 - 10 Working Days

Large Items (Coat Racks, Shelves, etc.): 7 - 10 Working Days

Heavy Items (Trays, etc.): 14 Working Days
These times are a current rough estimate of how long it will take to create and dispatch our items. A more accurate dispatch time will be shown in the checkout per item in the shipping section. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
Shipping Information The main couriers we use for shipping items are Royal Mail and Parcelforce. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Shipping methods are matched to the specific product size / weight and cannot be changed. Our products on this site are listed as either In Stock or Made to Order.
For UK consumers: Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.
For EU consumers: Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 45 days after the day we accept your order to accommodate custom crafting and international transit windows. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Once your order is packaged we'll update your order with tracking information if available. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders containing pricing or shipping calculation errors prior to dispatch.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently offer tracked international shipping to select European destinations, including the Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, and Denmark.
Please note that for international orders, the customer is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be applied by your country's customs authority upon arrival.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.
