Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a refund. Please see below for full details of our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS

Once your return is approved, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the return address provided by our customer service team.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your return for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made items
