December Updates

Hi all. Firstly I'd like to thank all our customers for the amazing support for our small business, we're overwhelmed by the demand for our products and it means a lot to us.

With the festive season fast approaching I thought I'd share our recommended last order dates for the best chance to get our items in time for Christmas..

For items that are "Made to Order" we would suggest ordering no later than Wed 11th Dec and for items that are in Stock we'd suggest Monday 16th Dec as the latest. 

We'll always try our best to ensure you receive your orders in time however as issues out of our control with the couriers sometimes do happen we'd recommend ordering as early as possible. If you have any questions or if there's anything we can help with please get in touch.

As for our new product development, with the level of orders we've been receiving that's had to be temporarily put on hold until the new year. We are however updating our sizes and colour schemes to offer our standard 3 colours (Cotton White, Sage Green and Oak Stain) on as many products as possible. We're also working on finishing off 2 new designs for our shelves that we hope to share soon.

Finally the level of demand for our Ottoman Trays has been much higher than expected and given the time that's required for each one we've made the decision to make these a stock item and no longer offer these Made to Order. This has the added bonus of a much faster delivery estimate (We'll be able to pack and dispatch within a few days instead of the current 2 week creation time). However these items will be out of stock until we catch up on our current tray orders and start making up stock which we'll update as soon as we can. We also plan to increase our Corbel/Shelf Bracket designs and offer these as Stock items as well.
